Danier's Bria la Magnifique

|
We remember as if it was
yesterday. Visiting Laurie and meeting our very first
brindle bullmastiff in person, Visa. To say that we fell
head over heels in love is an understatement! We so wished
to have a girl just like Visa and our wishes became reality; we
got our Bria and she was to be Nicole 's companion. All
Nicole could think when looking at her was how
magnificent she was.... so her registered name had to say
just that!
Bria was Nicole's steadfast
soul mate that never
left her side. She was the most loving and caring companion, a quiet and
reassuring presence of someone watching over you. Bria loved to follow Nicole
everywhere; hiking, gardening or just hanging out on the deck but
Bria's favorite pastime was paddling in the river, looking for little things to discover. She
also loved to welcome our visitors,
wagging her tail and bringing her favorite toy to share. She was such a
sweetheart. Her wonderful personality, gentleness, patience, even temperament and love for life have won her
many admirers over the years.
Bria was the foundation of our breeding
program and the "Queen". She was an alpha bitch and every dog or puppy
that was brought into our home knew that at first sight and would show her all
respect due. Despite Bria's
aversion to the "show ring", she nevertheless excelled on
the occasions she was shown, bringing home numerous points towards her championship
title. After presenting us with two beautiful litters, Bria was retired
and enjoyed
retirement as our cherished family member. She was a devoted loving mom to
her puppies. All of her life she gave unconditional love to her families,
both human and canine.
Bria lost her battle to
cancer in only a few weeks. She is now pain free and waiting
for us at the Rainbow Bridge with her son Joker. Her legacy
lives on with a few of her granddaughters and grandsons. We
have the privilege to own one of her great - granddaughters, so
aptly named "Danier I M Back at Bullmax".
Forever in our hearts and never to be
forgotten.
Rest in peace dear Bria til we meet again...
love,
Nicole and family
